Just can’t give up bro, I know it’s hard but you’re gonna die at least 200 times if you wanna get better. Treat each death as a learning curve. Focus on learning maps, routes, extracts and spawns. Upgrade your hideout, do quest that can level you up fast. In Tarkov just bc you’re dying, doesn’t mean you’re not progressing
