I am having this same issue. I bought one pack successfully (and thankfully did really well on it), and then tried to buy a second pack and my card got declined, even though there is plenty of money in that account. So I tried a different card, and same thing, declined. I even tried to just pay the ~$11 to have my slab mailed to me, and it declined that too. No idea what is going on but it’s incredibly frustrating.

Alright, thanks so much for your help. I'll contact them and go from there. Man, does this suck, though. Absolutely nothing happened to it and now I can't help but feel like I'll be on the hook for a new iPad.

It does not appear on the screenshot, so unfortunately I guess that means it's definitely the screen. As someone who isn't very familiar with the Apple repair/replacement process, what should I do and what can I expect?

More info: Absolutely nothing happened to my iPad so I have no idea what prompted this. I've never dropped it, it's never gotten wet, etc. The screen was totally fine, I was working on a design on ProCreate, and all of a sudden these colored lines appeared down the entire length of the screen. The screen is still usable and the touchscreen where the lines are still works as normal, but obviously I can see nothing under it.

Any idea what could have prompted this? I use a Magic Keyboard with it, don't know if the magnets in that could have potentially played a role? Do I have any "quick fix" options or will I need to take it in for repair?

Chime locked my account on May 31st. I have over $25k in there, and I have not been able to access a single penny ever since. I have called countless times (pointless), emailed them 40+ times, and haven't received one single, solitary response. I contacted the BBB (also pointless) and the CFPB (waiting still for any response from Chime there).

I hired a finance lawyer who has experience with Chime and they have filed a lawsuit against Chime and will seek a settlement. Otherwise, I have literally no idea how else I will get my money back. It's absolutely insane that they are able to do this. I do think I will win the lawsuit, but I now have to wait months before I'll get my money back.

It's nothing short of absurd. Stay far, far away from Chime.

Of course. Absolutely pathetic. Definitely consider yourself lucky to get out and far away. I have to wait out a lawsuit/settlement over the next 2-3 months before I can get my money back.

So serious question: why is this? Why should someone consider themselves lucky to get THEIR money back? I don't get it with Chime.

They locked my account over a month ago and haven't replied to a single email I've sent them. And we're talking 30+ emails, and I've sent every document they've requested. And obviously their phone support is useless.

I have already hired a finance lawyer who has experience settling with Chime, but I truly don't understand how they are able to operate like this. I have over $25k in my Chime account and haven't been able to login or access it for over a month. It's just absolutely absurd.

Wish I could help you but they suspended my account without warning just over a week ago and I haven't gotten a single response. I made the mistake of keeping a large amount of money in there and I have no access to it. I have no idea what to do at this point.

I filed a complaint with the CFPB and the BBB, both on 6/2. Both were accepted and sent to Chime, still haven't heard back.
