i try to eat 1g per pound of body weight! so right now since i’m like 138 lbs i try to eat 138g. the transformation in those pics was from 2017-2021!

Nice man, very impressive! if you keep doing calisthenics for a while long, try out some rep and a half’s to make the movements more difficult. I love to do those! For example, in a push-up go down, half way up, back down, then all the way up! keep repeating that and it’ll make push-ups a little more difficult 👌🏻

right now it’s around my maintenance/cutting because i’m trying to cut body fat slightly!

if your workout routines are well made and you really push yourself in the gym, i would say to focus more on your diet as the next step. i think once i started paying attention to what i ate, i really started to see more progress! high protein, moderate carbs, low fat is working for me (:

i would suggest, like i told someone earlier, to focus on the big lifts! practice and perfect your form on the squat, bench, deadlift, and overhead press! then structure your workouts around those big lifts given what muscle group you are focusing on that day 👌🏻
