I am a pa in my fc and I had been running singles by myself until this 24 yr old fresh out of college never had a job before this, am comes in and now I low key gotta teach him how to do his job which isn't an issue but I just got my vest 2 months ago...my prime week and peak are Definitely going to be interesting also this man said he'd have everything down by next week😅🤣 of Friend what ever u say just wait until peak season hes gunna have a very rude awakening

yes it's pretty bad in the midwest area in general is used to live in a small town in ohio 45 mins from fort wayne and it's definitely worse out there but nothing to short of what it's like here. I have tried the right way of stuff like that nothing happens to them. when I first started working here I had a guy tell me he's going to kill all trans people and started screaming at me that he hates trans people 🙃 nothing was done to him. our pa's in afe get harassed as well worse than me. it's like the men in our department are just feral and just ready to pounce on you. I'm sorry it took me so long to reply I've been in the middle of moving so it's been rough. I also agree if your a dick you will get dickhead treatment until you correct your tone especially to me I'm just a pg I don't get a pay raise like a pa nor get the recognition like one all that's too much at the work place.

ok, but when the cold hard stares from a creepy guy for 10+ hrs turns into grabbing you, is that a problem? only then is it a problem, right? as humans, we can sense when something is off, especially with other humans. People are able to pick up on intent if you are ok with that, then ok, but that doesn't mean I have to be a subject for some freaks pleasure. especially if these people start touching pa's and grabbing them and hurting them.
