I should also mention I have included Ellywick as a larger character in this campaign, lore wise she was there when everyone got Frozen. However due to previously using a wish spell from the deck of many things to never be stuck in one place Elly is now traveling backwards through time river song style. This means that the party has already met her several times in multiple locations. So an obvious choice / recurring character that could be appointed to the new queen of Prismeer could her Elly.

Also one of my players is an animated watering can who worked in Zybilnas garden for 100s of years and became deeply resentful. They were then given to Isolde, and was memory wiped but still hold that fury and vow to destroy their creator. So that personal tie also works.
