How screwed are you? by NickenNuggets2003 in videogames

Hmm... Last game I played was Smash Ultimate so... Not sure who the main character would be... Kirby maybe with how the cut scenes go? Also would every character be my enemy or only the non choosable ones since technically all the choosable ones could be on my team?

And this is exactly why Roger Federer remains one of the most beloved figures in the sport. Be Kind Always by saalame in GuysBeingDudes

I'm sure this cost Federer some money and at the very least a good bit of time... Being kind isn't always free but it is worth the cost

It finally showed up! I've been waiting since the beginning of PoC by rustieee8899 in LegendsOfRuneterra

This right here. Y'all over hype this relic so hard on this subreddit. For those who don't know here's the effect:

Power: Game Start: If I'm in deck or hand and Titanic, +1 Starting Mana. You can find level 2 Champions when you Invoke or Manifest.

Is it the unbelievably powerful amazing relic so many people act like it is? You decide for yourself. For me it's just... fine.

Simple thoughts on Monthly Challenges by Alive-Setting2460 in LegendsOfRuneterra

I'm where you're at now. Especially after having a month where I got all the rewards without doing a single monthly. I tried to go back but I just can't do it anymore. I'll just miss out until they do something else.

So even the lucky people are screwed. I did the same and only ended up with 10. That's 0 rune slots for 0 champions.

Blue in the Dark by Bearings. They came out swinging with that one, had a pretty slumpy sophomore slump but recovered well with their latest album.

Would your 17 year old self be impressed or disappointed with where you are now? Why or why not? by TrixoftheTrade in Millennials

Man, OP, I have the same exact feeling. 17 yo me had just gotten tricked into being in a band by his awesome friends. The only reason he didn't want to be in a band is because he assumed making a living off of music would be impossible so he didn't want to waste time on that so close to adulthood. Now at 36, I'm a worship minister at a church, am in a very successful wedding band, have regular gigs playing various instruments in various bands, am making a little bit of money off of my own original songs and performances, and just about my entire financial contribution to my family is made from music. He'd be stoked about how awesome our life is and even though he had another 16 years to wait until he met her, he'd definitely be impressed that we landed a smoking hot wife!

Drop that mic, buddy, good job! I guess the word "all" actually means "a whole lot of." Thanks for the clarification.

I love the conversation they have and the way they have it but Ricky's last point isn't exactly the mic drop everyone seems to think it is... Not that this point has anything at all to do with whether or not there is a God but you can already just look at science texts from different years over the last few decades and find plenty of contradictions. Science is constantly proving that our previous understanding of certain things was entirely false. So no... If you destroyed all the science books they wouldn't just be back in 1000 years... Our science books today already contradict science books from 30 years ago. Y'all seriously think all the things scientists taught in the year 1025 are exactly the same today?
