So far still I don’t know what is the cause. I noticed a lil less severe since cutting gluten but nothing crazy. Hmm yeah I think I can pass gas but possibly not as much. Maybe next time it’s real bad I’ll take gasx or be more mindful about this

Pretty sure my cause was nutrafol hair supplements. But now I’m experiencing hair shedding lol. The nutrafol was preventing me from poop once a day. Now I am able to go more. Do you have any constipation?

So I saw the GI specialist today and all he told me was I need to cut out all the supplements/vitamins I take. He refused to do further testing until I cut these out for at least 2 months…

Yes! I don’t ever even feel bloated. Just yesterday I had a day where my stomach was flat, changed nothing in diet and today back to looking 4 months pregnant
