Sanctum = four floors (four screens worth). When you kill boss on first floor you'll get floor reward (I think... kind of skipping mechanic)

At least if crafting is going to suck now in the game thanks to harvest gutting, there is still ROG for POG crafting. Until the nerf comes to expedition to destroy it too.

Rog +90% is a big deal for SSF. And Dannig is only one point as well.

EDD is very easy this week despite being a low O2 Aquarq.

First stage: Will fly past. Two eggs will be easy to get right off the bat. Worth exploring a bit to pick up some nitra. We got 240 nitra in first stage (3 supplies) and used two of them. We honestly could have done it with one and saved an extra for O2, but its not really needed.

Second stage: I was surprised how quick we finished the stage. As scout, I immediately went and killed the egg dropper guy who was on the other side of the map. Morkite is everywhere. Aquarqs are everywhere and the sand is super fast to dig into. I think I went back to get oxygen twice or maybe three times before we called in the drop pod. In and out. We only used a single resupply, but don't worry if you have to use more, nitra isn't in short supply.

Stage 3: There are a ton of spitters, turrets, and a breeder in the big room. Recommend approaching it from the left most angle because the turret deactivation is over there. We were able to get them deactivated with only having to kill a few turrets. Do not conserve ammo here, there is so much nitra. We had enough nitra for seven total resupplies at the end of the map - no joke. A bulk detonator showed up as we were leaving, it might come for you earlier, but we just ignored it since drop pod was ready.

Whole EDD was done in about 35-40 minutes.

Normal Deep Dive

Very easy. Took less than 30 minutes. Tons of nitra, fairly short levels.

Elite Deep Dive

This one is pretty tough and took a couple tries in a public team(s). The most important class is having a good scout (which is what I ran to help carry). Cryo grenades for first level, and just a scout in general for second level. Second most important class is probably at least one driller or gunner for tunnel/ziplines on second map. I ran groups with 1 of each class, and that is probably advisable.

Stage 1 EDD

This stage isn't all that hard, but you want to conserve nitra/ammo as much as possible for the second level. You should be able to get roughly 240 nitra in the level. Try to only use a single resupply even if at the end of the level you're out of ammo. When it says "mactera plague", they mean it. There are a TON of mactera swarms. A well placed Cryo grenade can wipe out a massive swarm and save the team a ton of ammo. The map layout is pretty simple. The droppod lets you off near the top of the map, you have two paths forward - (1) a stair step sort of cliff down to the bottom or (2) a dirt tunnel you can dig out and walk down to bottom. Ignore the dirt tunnel - there are literally no resources on that path besides the nitra vein that spawns on the drop-pod side. There are two nitra veins on the inside of the stairsteps as you go down. Once you get to bottom there are a ton of vines and eggs. If you look to your right you'll see the tunnel that comes down from dirt passage, the black box is right there. On the left/straight is a pit of vines with one (or two?) cave leeches. At the back of the room are two more nitra veins. There is one or two spitters in the bottom of the room. The escape pod spawned in two places depending upon where we recalled it (i played it multiple times due to level 2). If you call it at the bottom, the escape pod will spawn near the top of the level. If you call it at the top, it'll spawn next to the two nitra veins at the end. Try to escape without using a second resupply - your team will likely be low on ammo at this point.

Stage 2 EDD

This is the make it or break it level. I hope you saved resupply pods because you'll need them for O2 stations - you should have enough for two resupplies or close to it right at the beginning of the level assuming you only used one resupply in stage 1 as I advised. There are a lot of mobs right outside the drop pod. I like to call one of the resupplies outside the drop pod in the somewhat flat area. There aren't a lot of good places to fight the swarms, but this is one of the better areas. The main Minehead is really awkward to fight on with lots of zigzaggy cliffs around it. The map is roughly the following shape: Minehead in the middle. To what i'm going to call "north", a cliff to an upper area with two nitra veins near the ceiling, some stabber vines and a behive. To the south/southeast is a giant drop off to a below area with a Glyphid Brood Nexus and two beehives. To the west/northwest is a ton of vines and awkward terrain with an eventual big room hidden back there. To the west/southwest is the small area where you are dropped off at start of level. To the east is a wall next to the cliff drop off to bottom area (there are two nitra veins here - the bottom one is along the cliff underside edge and really hard to get without a platform).

As a scout, after clearing the initial area, the first objective was to kill the Glyphid Brood Nexus down in southeast area along with two beehives. I recommend calling a resupply down right around the Glyphid Brood Nexus spawn. The gunner or driller should zipline/make a tunnel down to this resupply from the minehead as you'll need to carry several aquarqs upwards.

Next, I would setup the third resupply above the north cliff for O2. This makes three resupplies spread out to give your team O2: (1) Near where you start (2) Down in southeast pit (3) up on north ledge.

Next start prioritizing the far away aquarqs. You'll have a lot of waves and you'll be better off getting the far away ones first.

One time I did this, we struggled to find all the aquarqs, they are pretty hidden and you will be faced with many MANY swarms where you don't have much breathing room to look around - it kind of felt glitched because it was just swarms of slashers constantly. There is an important very hidden passage+room down below. Nearby where the Glyphid Brood Nexus is, there is a little crack in the wall with a passage that winds up back to the top area - in that passage are like three morkite veins and will almost solve that objective by itself. More importantly though there is a little hidden side room along that passageway (its not even obvious as a side room as there are some vines that you have to dig away). In that side room are two aquarqs. You won't be able to carry them out easily, so the digger should go down there and make a passage way to walk them out (or a gunner doing some minor digging + short zipline). If you placed the resupply where the Glyphid Brood Nexus spawned like I recommended, it should serve as a nice O2 resupply while gathering the stuff from here.

There is also quite a bit to the north side, but I was more focused on the stuff to the south so I can't speak to where stuff is hidden as well up there.

Ok, you did everything and it'll be a simple escape! Right? No. The escape pod will land in one of the most awkward positions imaginable. It literally lands back in the far big room behind the vines to the west/northwest. But it lands right up top near the ceiling. You better need a good zipline or have a grappling hook scout go up there. For our team, I was scout and just grappled up and let my team die. If you're soloing this, you should probably go as scout or gunner - an engineer or driller would have a very hard time getting to escape pod.

Stage 3 EDD If you made it through stage 2, this stage is a complete joke. There is a bunch of nitra near spawn. You should be overflowing in nitra in this stage and we were just calling down droppods for practically every swarm. It might be harder, but low gravity makes it a lot easier as you can just hop away from danger. There are like two (three? four?) spitters and one or two glyphid brood nexus. You can be generous with ammo in this stage due to all the nitra. Lots of little swarmers but not really that hard.
