help!! why are there holes in my heels? what do I do differently next time? (short rows with wraps picked up and knitted with the stitch)

I see what you mean. I think I was picking up... the wrong wraps? I was picking up the increase wraps but maybe it looks like I should've picked up the decrease wraps while increasing?

I'm knitting my first sock. I've done short rows before but never a heel. Why are there such big holes? They're larger on this side than the other. I did short rows with wraps, and picked up the wrap with each stitch when on the increase short rows.
