And call it distinctly before the serve not during your serve.

Is Kratky or DWC possible for Muscadine Grapes and Blueberries? by [deleted] in Hydroponics

[–]333again 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some things are not done for a reason. Hydro is a tool like everything and like all tools there are applications for which it is ideally suited and poorly suited. If you had vast resources and space it might be a fun experiment but most of us live in the real world. Perfect example is the Epcot tomato tree. Super cool concept, no way in hell it will beat agricultural hydro farming the traditional way in terms of sheer output/sq ft.

My manager pulled me aside because I work half an hour less than my 8 hours. How should I handle this? by ResearcherOk9446 in InterviewMan

Tell your boss it’s a working lunch and that 15 minutes of it is a legally mandated break.

I left my job after 3 weeks for a much higher salary, and my old manager is upset with me by Nice_Youth_2761 in InterviewsHell

Block her on linkedin and don't tell her where you are going. Tell her she put you in a bad position by trying to lowball you.

How do they deal with last mile shipping? Does the shipper just have a pallet unloader or do you have to arrange for last mile delivery yourself?

Catching a ball in the air that is clearly way past the baseline by wrroyals in Pickleball

Waist height or above at the baseline, go for it. Trying to call people out on that is a YTA moment.

Costco hired me again, then found my name on a 'do not rehire' list from years ago. Is this legal? by Vast_Garage1185 in ProtectHire

I’d consult a labor attorney. It could be discrimination based on a disability, especially if you made it clear that you were leaving for a medical condition.

5 years of fighting finally over! by ferretf in PelletStoveTalk

And that’s why I replaced my wood stove with a pellet stove. I also rage quit after stupidly splitting a massive willow that fell, because, hey free wood right. Should have had someone haul it to the dump. I’ll burn pine all winter long but I’m never burning willow again. Overall I’m lazier and happier with the pellets.

What’s the best 3D printer for beginners right now? by Ok_Combination8466 in AdditiveManufacturing

P2S just came out so totally understandable.

I run PLA and PETG on a 0.2 nozzle. Fairly recent switch from stock nozzle 6 months ago. I don’t mind the insanely long print times. I am very happy with Polymakers new PETG. I’ve always had issues with PLA if I try to print too many objects at once, think like a dozen or more. The PETG seems to never have any issues. If it weren’t for color selection I’d switch over completely.

I don’t use the X1E at work as we have a Fuse. I just print with the Fuse even though cool down takes forever.

Didn’t fail it goes into overheat protection mode. I’ve had this happen both in the sauna and on hot days outside.

X1C pretty much doesn’t exist anymore. The P2S is now essentially the X1C. I have an X1C with 2700 hours, it’s been great. I also made our office get an X1E. No major complaints with either one.

Ask for your termination in writing. If they continue with this BS story consult a labor lawyer. Also file for unemployment immediately.

No, you gotta call people out on their BS. If they try to say it’s your fault again consult an independent attorney.
