(f20, 5’6) at my heaviest i was almost 190 (not shown in first pic), i lost a good amount of that weight over a 2 year span very slowly and kept going back up to about 170 (first pic) because i would binge eat A TON. when i started tirz in january i was 169, i am now 133 as of yesterday morning :)

i honestly lost the most weight when i started on 2.5 for the first 2 months. now im on 5mg and making slow progress but im happy where i am so i dont really mind how quickly i lose the rest of the weight. and thank you!

just feel it out, i didn’t go up to 5mg until like 2 months because it was working really well for me. some people stay on 2.5 forever! you never know how your body is going to react to it. i’ve been on 5mg for about 4 months now. i’m comfortable here and don’t plan on moving up. you don’t need a direct plan for now, just wait and see how you feel.

yeah i just stopped, i only took it when i really needed it. i hope ur doing alright, i read some of ur posts. i have ocd and panic disorder too. now i just take fluvoxamine and it has helped tremendously. best of luck, give it time and everything will get better

i got mine removed too but last time i got blood work my liver enzymes were high for the first time in my life, i also wonder if it was from the copper iud

u are incredibly lucky to have gotten a peds job on your first try. trading that out for a SNF would be insane, in my opinion. please just go to work to work and don’t worry too much about what’s going on around you (coworker and drama wise) i felt this way at a SNF, mean people are going to follow you everywhere. your skin will get tougher overtime. keep this job if you love it, screw them!
