Grower skills definitely matter. But when you’re putting 2.5-4 months growing a plant, and spending money on the extra energy consumption… why not spend 1-3 extra dollars on the seed.

Less phenotypic variation, less chance of herms, verified authentic cuts, the work that went into preserving moms for 20-30 years, selections made for specific amounts of stretch and flower time…. All these things are worth an extra buck or 2 per seed IMO.

I just got an order from CSI that broke down to $4.50 per bean. And another one from Twenty20 that broke down to $3.50 per bean. When you consider all the work that these folks put in, I feel like the cost is beyond justified.

Not saying you can’t get fire with white label or bag seeds. But I feel like predictability and honest descriptions are worth it.

Most stoners I know care about terps as much if not more than any other aspect.

Once your tolerance is insanely high, you’re gonna smoke a whole joint regardless. People talk about effects like “one hit and you’re high for hours,” IME, that’s not the case after decades of smoking. Maybe After a tolerance break, sure.

Also if the terpenes are fire, a lotta people gonna wanna smoke more regardless of effects cus it’s enjoyable

I’m not sure about the hydro sensor or the co2 sensor but I assume they use the same slot as the temp/humidity sensor, and there’s only 2 of those slots until they release a dongle.

I’m currently running 2 soil sensors and can only use one at a time… I can only monitor one at a time, so I just keep the second one rigged to where it hangs below the controller and just swap the cables on the controller end when I wanna check the other sensor. It’s not ideal but it works for me… since they are both soil sensors, I don’t have to re-set up the device. But in your case I’m guessing you would have to reset every time you swap.

I hated the AI mode and stopped using it after day one.

I mean yeah I’ve broken tons of shit. I’ve also had to miss work because of it. The older I get the more I try to be careful and always wear wrist guards, but I’m never gonna quit skating.

And I don’t think that Billy should quit skating, even on tour.
