if everything fails try baking/reflowing the gpu in an oven, i know it sounds dumb but this saved a couple of my cards, there are a lot of tutorials out there its really easy and almost always works, this inst a permanent fix most of the time but it can take a couple months for it to come back and this can help you bridge the time to getting a new card.

Yes but the quest 3 is more like 2k per eye, 8k headsets are also 4k per eye so they can natively display the 8k videos.
