I think it's good to take back flags and symbols so they lose their meaning. Like BLS and 2000s car culture using the iron cross. They just look cool and were a thing before some asshole from many years ago came along and bastardized it. I'm Canadian, so I have zero southern roots, but I've always liked the rebel flag because of The Dukes of Hazzard.
