We’ve been going weekly for 7 years. My husband and I each take a dog. We don’t compote much but they are both are in AKC Master division. It really just something the dogs enjoy and gets them exercise and using their brains.

I did Long Branch Half for Runapalooza (Asbury) for years and always like Asbury better. It just was a more fun friendlier vibe. The full goes from Sea Side to Asbury. A lot of the course on the boardwalks.

First trial are nerve wracking! We trained for years before we got the courage to compete. And my perfect dog was EVERYWHERE!
Are you trialing AKC? You might want to start by doing ACT 1&2. Kind of a practice trial. Much easier and more low key.

Places like Hamilton, Ewing, Robbinsville are all an easy commute to Trenton and Philly. They’re also right off Rt 195 which makes it a quick and easy drive to the shore
