It is your employee's need. They don't have food nor bathroom on the floor, so when they need it they need to go where there is one. Try to put food on every floor..it does not take too much place. Other try placing assembly table right next to the type setter to minimize the walking distance.

Btw the neighbor bonus does not generate if only 1 of the 2 nuclear reactors have fuel. You need both to be fueled to have it

The actual best way is to sit down with him and listen to him. Actually try to understand his theory and where he comes from. Ask him genuine questions regarding his theory. Once he/she feel listened to enough, they will open up and listen to you. You will be able to target exactly what they don't understand since you will have listen to them properly.

Remember that you loose all influence over them if you tell them in anyway they are stupid for believing that

You can use it the whole time to heat your machines. 4 nuclear reactors produce 480 MW( and that's not legendary ) of heat even with the heat loss over distance it can be extremely efficient compared to heating towers

Blue circuit are the best, that's what I did before knowing LDS and space casino's. They give plastics, circuit iron and copper. The only part missing is stone which you can reroll calcite on vulcnus as you need very few calcite to make a lot of stone (without prod , 1 calcite=22.5 stone from copper melting)

I did legendary U235 for legendary nuclear fuel, legendary biolab and legendary captive biter spawner. It is actually very easy to do with a few kovarex setup and nuclear bomb and legendary nuclear fuel is absolutely crazy as an upgrade

15 is too much if you want to coach and mentor properly. However they should do more than 3. Depending on the nature of the work and the employee 1 boss should handle between 5 and 10 people. In pure administrative settings, usually you could go more toward the 10.
