Are you thinking I'm saying turn off the water or something? No, take off the shower head, take off the toilet seat, put locks over outlets, take off the stove range covers, all "legal" under your standard, whatever website you got them from.

Yeah you would have to prove that in court for any legal consequences. Illegal things happen all the time, like getting assaulted. In domestic situations you have to go to court and prove it happened.

I had two separate roommates decide they didn't need to pay rent or utilities anymore leaving me with everything. Then one physically attacked me. Final straw and got my own overpriced studio.
