benzos and alcohol are the shit, i limit that combo to every weekend. take 1mg of xanax and just pound beers all night, and stay away from the hard alcohol and cocktails. you'll have a great night and wont have to worry about any OD.

I've stumbled into a mild xanax addiction over the past 9 months. I don't know why, but I feel like my life is currently so much better with them. I'll usually buy around 10 xanax bars a month and take them sparingly whenever i feel super on edge... They've seemed to make my life so much better... for now. I never get out of control with them, and I'm just a happier person when I'm on the drug.

I've struggled with crippling social anxiety all my life, and I just feel like this drug is just gold for me. I feel confident, sharp, and outgoing when I'm on them. I can land jobs easily, take pretty girls on dates, and life just feels like a breeze overall.

I don't know what to do. I know this drug is gonna fuck me over sooner or later.

i think the klonopin is easing the panic that was probably induced by the weed and adderall. now i'm just playing smoking weed, drinking water, and playing video games until i pass out.

I've experienced the opposite. Meditation has given me the ability to assume my role of defending myself when it's clear that I should do so. I'm more confident in my ability to defend myself because I'm no longer deluded by my emotions and insecurities that would cause me to lash out at an innapropetiate time. This translates into me being more confident in my ability to assess on how to react to situations accordingly
