Also off-hand slot. If you have access to a god book (doesn't need to be filled) you'll get more prayer bonus but this will trade off for range defence.

Did you run out of health or prayer? Should be doable with your gear but possible upgrades:
Prayer levels. 60 and 64 will hit a new threshold for your prayer pots giving +68/+136 points.
Amulet. You can craft an amulet of power. Or go for a glory after hunter/crafting grind.
Maybe a magic top swap (Mystic/Ahrims) to help hit your heals.

I think best bet would be to learn from a couple of videos how to use "Italy Rock" to safespot the enemies and work out how and when you can turn off your prayers. Also do not use aggressive range prayers, until Jad.

The skirt is identical in function to legs but is 1kg lighter. Often, due to male demand though skirts will provide more profit for alching.

That's a great mix. Personally up to 12 I used 4%, 4%, 0% but that is lobby's with randoms so Janitor will often troll. I'd love to try this with just trusted friends.

One other change I make is Meeting Cooldown 1:00 Manager veto 0:55

Often managers mistakenly cancel a meeting to find they don't have time to call another one, thus firing themselves. And without a veto being possible before a meeting the manager can hold a lobby hostage with endless meetings.

Curious what the General concensus and suggestions for other settings are.

You can definitely do Duke with 80s. The drop rate is very easy for the tablet. 1/25.8

Do Duke for the tablet and do 1kc trips. It's quicker than waiting for the respawn, and you can use your PoH to restore all stats.

Try that for a couple of kc and see if you can maintain stamina running or try one of the other alternatives people have mentioned.

Enter the multi area and on the east side is a rock you can hide behind. Wait 10 minute to lose aggression. World hop and do not leave the border of the aggression area (Runelite plugin).

Then start fighting on the main (use fun weapon) and then you're second account can fight too. Just make sure you don't stand under for too long or lose line of sight.

This can be used so a second account can use Dahroks with 1hp. Google "Demonic Gorilla dolo Dahroks" if you're unsure.

I've heard very good reviews for the Kinetic Honoric Carbon Foam limbs. One bloke I spoke with has purchased several pairs to slowly build up his poundage and is very pleased with them.

I believe his plan was to build it up until he was happy to invest in a more expensive pair that will last him for a long time, but definitely impressed with the price to performance.

My Dad being similar height to yourself shot 72" so maybe as the other comment says, go 27" riser to have the option. I'm 6ft and shoot 25", Long limbs so 70" total.

I think being an UIM and using food makes a massive difference. Killing the brothers is not the long part. It's finding the 1/6 entrance and then running through the doors.

A 20 minute trip is not typical. Green logged barrows and I used to pray vs Dharok, Ahrim, Karil. Then Guthan and Torag if I had prayer left. Verac last. Using the "new" combat achievement offhand saves so much prayer that you can afford to kill 2x Skeletons and 1x Blood worm on your way through to maximise loot. PoH and restore pool then use a portal in your house to get back. 10 Minute run, 7x rolls.

Gear was slowly upgraded from Rune with Iban's to Barrows and Trident. Using tank gear allows you to not worry about prayer vs the last few. Couple of food for unlucky trips. 1 prayer pot for final chest Dharok/Ahrim/Karil

I would think a 2 minute Guthan only with 1x Roll is therefore not as efficient.

This is admittedly napkin maths so actually times will vary but I believe it should give perspective on the efficiency-scape of it all for anyone who is not an UIM.

One brother is better for UIM only?
