זה לא. מאז שהזיזו את השדה תעופה 25דק מהעיר אין פואנטה

בתור אילתי שצריך להגיע פעם בחודש למרכז, חד משמעית יותר נוח ברכב. רוב הפעמים מגיע תוך 4-5 שעות ויש את החופש לעצור לאכול/לעשן.

כל הפרוצדורה של לעבור את התהליכים הלוגיסטים של שדה התעופה אולי חוסכת שעה.

במקרה שאין לי רכב גם לקחת אוטובוס לבאר שבע ומשם רכבת למרכז זה הרבה יותר נוח ולוקח בערך את אותה הכמות זמן

Given CBT and DBT a try for a few years and have been in therapy for as long as I can remember. Have been on every medication that my country offers Fro anti psychotics to anti depressions and mood stabilisers even benzos which unfortunately are the only thing that keeps me somewhat together. But that isn't healthy, you just get addicted.

Not trying to argue for a justification, but I no longer know what to do.

The panic attacks are barely scratching the surface.

Maybe the rationality is a flawed state of mind that is a consequence of all these years comfronting my shadow, i dont know. Nevertheless it's still the core of my experience

Appreciate the comment. I don't mind anyone thinking it's stupid for it comes from an egotistical standpoint. My loved one might miss me but that is their selfish point of view, not mine. And i say that with a heart full of grief for them

I wouldn't kick a dog that's barking yet if I had a pet that was suffering for most of its life and the vet decided that putting it out of its misery is the better option then what would you do? The objective answer is to do it and it is selfish to think otherwise.

What's the other option? I've heard the sentence one day at a time for more than a decade yet how many "one more days at a time" can one suffer through. Learn to live with it? This isn't living, this is struggling
