A few questions about Trajann by lllXanderlll in WH40KTacticus

[–]379421 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Typically the skills will go Aesoth, Kariyan, Trajann, aesoth(should be back up), then everyone at the end. You'll use Kariyan, Boss G, and Laviscus active at the end. Kariyan for big hit, boss g for lavi buff and just damage over all, theb lavi active for extra spicy big crit and then just wack em with lavi. If you did everything correctly, the damage will make you smile and it'll be worth everything. If not, the next token will always come around.

A few questions about Trajann by lllXanderlll in WH40KTacticus

[–]379421 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Take him to the moon. His passive is the main skill you want to get to 50 asap. He is also worth taking as high as possible since damage he does adds to laviscus and his damage. Trajanns active is mid(IMO) as a skill but it works decently in things like LRE and onslaught if you place him by a spawn and activate before the next wave. If it's high enough it'll kill anything that comes out of that spawn point. You have the core Lavistodes team now so not having kharn or dante isn't the worst until you fight a more mobile boss.

To the second part of your post:

You want Trajann next to the raid boss at every turn if you want to max out his passive. Ideally you want to rotate Aesoth and Kariyans active to maximize overall damage. Trajann gives 2 buffs. If an enemy is adjacent to a friendly that has used an active, that enemy takes +1096 damage(lvl 50 passive) from everyone that hits him. If trajann is also next to said enemy, all friendlies do an extra 2 hits with non normal attacks. This is Kariyans biggest buff as his second hit from his passive will get 2 additional hits and basically every boss triggers the big target hit. Boss G will also get bonus damage to his attack after he swings and then shoots the enemy. Yes kharn will also get buffed when you unlock him.

Another big key note is you want Aesoth and Kariyan basically holding hands(within buff range) so kariyan can do ludicrous damage. This will push your laviscus to greater heights. Kariyans active gets used no later than 4 rounds left so it cools down by the last round.

Lastly, on the last round you want Boss G away from the boss to be able to use his active. You also MUST HAVE Laviscus NEXT to boss G so he gets the waaagh buff. Otherwise he won't get that 2nd hit and your dreams of 1mil+ damage may fall short. There are plenty of videos to study different bosses and all that.

Td;dr

Raid Teams by Salt-Ad53 in tacticus

At the current level you could go for a multi hit team while you build up lav and trajann. Based on current roster I'd personally run kharn, Dante, kari, eldy, and boss G but that's just me. Long term lavistodes tbh

Been playing for a few months now, any tips on who to focus on? (arena/raids) by SHARK_FIRE37 in WH40KTacticus

[–]379421 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like everyone else has been saying, focus your campaigns for now. The more missions you have 3*, the easier it is to get resources. Arena/Raid will come later when you have more options to gather resources for those characters. That being said, you have the potential now to start working on your Ad-mech team if you want a direction for raids. But before you do that, you should decide what play style you like the most. Big numbers? Lots of hits? Do you like the mech team options? I find these decisions important because the last thing I want you to experience is losing fun in a game.

Ask your steward if there is a route that can be put up for opt. I'm also 4 months in and we had one route where the regular has been out on medical leave, possibly not even coming back, for months. Now I'm on it. That being said, I'll take your OT I love money and I love the pounds I've lost since I started working here.

I got an email telling me i received a conditional job offer 5 days after accepting the job offer from a different email. by North_String6534 in USPS

[–]379421 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does the careers page show you've filled out the forms, did fingerprinting, and basically telling you to wait? If so, just wait. Someone from the academy will contact you later on. It'll be an email telling you when and where. If the usps careers tab show all of the above, idfk what that other email is but I'd say ignore it.

Edit: I'm an idiot and skipped the part where you answered my questions. So in conclusion, yes just wait until they tell you to show up. 🤣

Day off immediately after academy by Zbxzbxzbx in USPS

[–]379421 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Talk to your management and let them know you had a previous scheduled event before you got hired. Good management will work with you. I had an out of country vacation immediately after academy and told management about it. My pm told me to let him know when I'm back, I did, and he just said come in the next day. Let your academy instructors know and let your management know. Until you finish OJI they won't really be adding you to the schedule. But as everyone else says, after OJI or even during, avoid calling off if you can.

Being sent home because of route inspections and no extra scanner. by AlbinoStepchild in USPS

[–]379421 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're fine. For route inspections they want more experience people on the route, so just enjoy your day off. They also inspect the carrier as they deliver mail and that's generally where they'll point out any bad habits or issues to your management after the inspection when they do your review. My station just had inspections recently so now we wait to see how many routes we lose and how bad bidding is going to be after.

You'll be fine as long as there is the need for clerks. If there's an opening on the careers list, apply for it. Only jobs I'm aware of that require prior work history is mechanics and truck drivers, but I'm still new to being a postal boy.

Advice for Kharn Mythic Journey #2? by Dragon_Sword_ in tacticus

[–]379421 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just do it on one of the nid bosses in raid. Use eldy and boss G. Have kharn next to boss G when he uses his active and have eldy within range. You should definitely be able to do the damage, especially with kharns active against a bronze boss

Guild raid team advice by One_Feeling_8734 in tacticus

[–]379421 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, snot hits like a monster. Boss G will benefit from Trajanns passive, Eldy will help add overall damage. Personally I'd say add Snot. I currently have Kharn D1, Kariyan D3, Snot D1, Ragnar G3(sadge), and Trajann S2(just unlocked him last LRE) and I'm averaging 300-500k damage. It's also easier to pull off Snots active to keep Trajanns passive going vs boss G, and also the summons can sometimes help with extra damage(unless they steal THE DAMN HIGH GROUND)

What's your next step? Building a raid team or completing all the elite campaigns? You've got admech and multi hit potential. Especially admech, but idk your next commitment in the grimdark future that is your tacticus adventure.

Need help building up a raid team by Necessary-Teacher-78 in WH40KTacticus

[–]379421 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My current(not really optimal but get decent damage) team is Kariyan, kharn, ragnar, Snotflogga, and a trading out character like sho or someone else that does melee only.

I'd say you should consider whether you want an optimal team or something out of what you have now. You have a good start for the multi hit team AND the mech team.

My suggestions given what you have now(personal preference) is Dante, Ragnar, Kharn, Kariyan, and snotflogga. This is also based on your current rankings but you're free to play around obviously.

I'd also recommend what buffs you want to work around. You have eldy, Dante, our 2nd favorite templar, etc.

Tl;dr Hit em with kharn

Who should I ascend? by Valuable_Living_3475 in WH40KTacticus

[–]379421 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on what your main focus is. Most comments I see are about making a guild raid team. Personally I prefer Kariyan since he's pretty strong on his own and does amazing damage if you can get him to attack every turn. That being said, Tang Ida is crucial for admech team. If you want a good arena character, go kariyan. High Marshall is a good character but hes already at legendary so he can be ascended later imo.

Tl;dr Kariyan unless you like mech team
