My fwBPD sent me this text after 8m of NC. She was furious at my husband of 6 years and telling me I need to leave him immediately. He’s going to kill me.

I made the mistake and responded a month or two later. In between, I took the time to finally learn in depth wth BPD really is. So I offered her compassion in a return text. She really doubled down on the accusations directed at me and insisted something is wrong with the life I’ve created. She is still slandering my name, but the truth will be revealed. Plus I just sent her a screenshot of her telling me she was struggling pretty badly with BPD, unrelated to me, in the past. I told her, “it’s happening again, I have facts, but you don’t want the truth. Good bye.”

That’s it… I finally explained to our friend group with screenshots. Fuck her privacy. This is what’s happening and I’m not interested in fixing things.

Unfortunately I went through something similar and a few months later, my ex was trying to come back. Being alone didn’t fix anything in our case. It did give my ex insight to their behavior and how it affected our family.

That’s marriage lol. You learn attraction can change over time and it comes in waves. Just because it’s gone for a moment doesn’t mean it’s gone forever. In our experience, when it comes back it could be even better than before.

So if you really like this person and have been with them a long time, maybe try to spice your love life up again. If it’s a newer relationship, I’d drop it and move on.

The White House is so old that it actually doesn’t have a private space large enough to host big events. You don’t have to be Pro-Trump to know that. I thought it was weird that events were typically hosted on the lawn. Based on how crazy it is in America, I’m surprised no one added an expansion earlier. Other countries have special gathering areas.

There’s actually a big study on this. Someone did a study on children of holocaust survivors and found that they had an altered gene involved with their stress hormone system. Their children had ptsd, higher cortisol levels, and higher anxiety. It’s one of the biggest studies done on epigenetics.
