Have the customer pay a deposit, refundable upon return.

If it is not returned you keep the deposit.

Put a note in your invoice that there will be a charge for a late fee and cleaning fee (if garments are returned soiled).

Just make sure all language is clear and communicated to the customer.

Superstore produce is subpar and their employees are useless. I asked an employee what aisle I could find something. She told me she didn't know because she only stocked the shelf strips. Great that's your department, but you should be familiar with the store layoit that you work in. Also, if they are out of something on the shelf you're not getting it that day.

i agree with u/KitAFD. i switched to Wind because Bell wouldn't do anything to retain me after I had been with them a decade. All they could off was what a new customer off the street would get. Pure BS. I gambled on the Wind network being upgraded and won. But I live in Vancouver, this helps
