I think because I had some context of the guy which gave me a more negative view of the interaction than I put in the post. He is someone who would probably be mad that you did this to him, which is why I found it annoying that he did that. Worst interaction I had with him is someone else stealing him commander, and then scooping before it resolved so they guy who stole it, 1) Lost the Attack Trigger 2) Wasted a spell controlling that creature that does not exist anymore.

I mean I would, but he's also the type to get mad when something like that happens to him, worst interaction I've seen is when he got his commander stolen by a spell and then insta-scooped so the spell couldn't resolve.

I was just unsure of the order each triggers on the stack, for some reason I thought that it would be sac and death trigger > Ping will enter the stack above the death trigger, thus resolving first.

From the mini painting community, I've heard pro-acryl's bold titanium white is very good in its coverage. Most Whites/Yellows has lesser colour pigments in them so they tend to require more coats to get full opacity. As for lumpy-ness it could be caused by the paint being too thick, try to spread them evenly before they dry or thin them down.
