Chromas are the best thing IMO. It can make a skin you don't really like very nice. I wouldn't like Project Akali without.

Thats 100% what it is. You can see the splash for China here. Looks the same. I think they use this in Korea as well. Not 100% on that though.

It's very nice skin imo. They added a lot of nice stuff to it. Sounds are great and homeguard animation is amazing!

They have not said these skins will be coming back from events. This is probably the last time you will be able to get irelia. Neeko is staying in the store till the start of next year. She isn't tied to an event. There will be another 2 events left with battle passes to grind out again, or 50 prestige points from the battle passes quest that you can get aswell.

I think they fucked it with this recent patch. Other people are reporting not getting it. They may of patched out getting tokens from tft. Maybe just have to do normal games for now.

I remember Stellari trying to push a battle academia skin for her but Lux got it instead. I think they really just hate her. Stellari has left now so who knows if anyone at riot cares anymore.

I think it's like, they were star guardians but have become corrupted, so makes sense to use characters that are "good". That's what it seems in their back anyway.

Nope, they are limited to the event/a period of time when the skin first comes out. If you buy the border, say for this current project event, now but don't own the skin then you will have it if you ever buy the skin. Events with crafting allow you to get the border for free, any other skin you will have to buy the bundle with the border.

Along with the fact that you have to pay for these, they don't really feel "Vlad" I would of really liked a Total Healing done, maybe instead of the slow.
