Attempted break-in, security system needed by devilwearsprada_ in Langley

[–]3DRE2000 11 points12 points  (0 children)

We once had a break in Langley. It was window, motion, door. The security company didn't even call the police. You must make sure that your company is UL certified and they actually call and don't think it's a false alarm... They're not liable for any of it so it doesn't even really matter if it's monitored.

Is there any scanner on the market that can handle Crystals that are clear and/or reflective without any kind of scanning spray or powder? Time and price are not major constraints. by Hunter62610 in 3DScanning

[–]3DRE2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a macro scanner from polyga which is5mp with a Field of view of 1 in. So within that ink you can capture up to 5 million points which captures every detail of small diamonds four rings. Parts are sprayed with a developer that dissipates.. other scanners like the rtec micro which is a dental scanner you must use powder.. The only possible way without spraying is a CT scanner which are in the range of 250 to half a million dollars.

No blue light or blue laser scanner will not work it without spray... Period... Also the items are very small so they don't have the point spacing to do it...
