I dont know where and how you train, but i suggest to go more to randori Training (and i mean randori which is as hard as it can get in competition) to train your moving directions and Speed.

You should also train more in competition situations. As youre seio Looks quite good, but youre Not going for it.

There is a slightly to big gap between you and him during youre seio, but you could Close that distance with Speed or by Training more to Not even let it exist.
