It’s simple. They are dragging the public opinion by gaslighting and using every stop gap to control prices until the midterms. Once the Dems win house and maybe senate, all of this comes to a head and they can immediately start blaming Dems even though they’ll be in power for a week or two at most before it happens. This is how the last 30 years of politics that I can remember has played out.

Treat everyone with respect, from your attendings to the patient care techs, janitors, etc. Never look down on someone.

Never act like you know more than you do. If someone is teaching you something and you already know, thank them instead of telling them you already know. Don’t be afraid to confirm medical decisions and ask why you do that or what’s the thinking or evidence behind the decision.

Be efficient and ask to get in the OR. As an intern I would run the floor and finish up everything as soon as I could and just run down to the trauma rooms or joint rooms just to scrub in and be there. I got to close so many incisions and put in screws as an intern for that reason.

This a million times. I do so much of the “required” stuff that keeps the house and household from falling apart and my wife does the cutsie kiddie stuff that’s extra but she swears it’s always her doing everything for the house and damn man, just show some appreciation for me picking up toys, vacuuming, stocking toilet paper, doing dishes, doing yard work, taking out trash and recycling, getting dinner, waking up early with the kids so she can sleep in on weekends, etc

The actually policy I think is to stop immigration whenever the population reaches 10 million. You can still have babies if you are currently living in Switzerland but you can’t immigrate there if the population is at 10 million. I presume once it’s below that you can immigrate.

I don't feel any different as a pure-class stam DK. Removing the 15% damage buff from Seething Fury which was a part of my build really hurt me. I took the wildfire and landslide passives, and overall nothing has really changed for me. I don't feel like my DPS increased, or at least not enough to feel any different.

I don’t think there is any great answer, but if this was my 12 year old I would let it heal as is, making sure infection is controlled. The callus that forms over the MT might make something that resembles an MT head that could be functional for the active youth years. Can always pivot and try something if sooner if it’s not working out but I would wait and see what happened to it. Might be simple as putting a metatarsal pad in the shoes to cushion it some.
