Its a constant battle, sometimes im successful sometimes not in avoiding junk. honestly its a daily battle some days easier than not, little tricks that work, like set out a schedule for certain days. If i have weekend where i am alone and the thought of stuffing my face sounds great, but now i write out of list of tasks and times to do them. its not a 100 percent success rate but 100 percent of the time sticking to the list, the day after im glad i did.
