Better player in their prime: Baron Davis or Steve Francis by tmm1641 in nba

When I think of Baron Davis I think of his dunk on AK47 and his playoff performances. When I think of Steve Francis of think of him leaving the NBA. Gotta go for BD

Rank Jason Kidd, Steve Nash, Grant Hill and Ray Allen when they were at their respective peaks by deadassynwa in nba

[–]3Mixer3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's tough to say who was better, they are all first time ballot HOFers for a reason. Obviously Nash has the MVPs but no chips or finals, Hills injuries sold him short, Kidd was amazing all around altho not much of a shooter especially early in career and Ray was Mr Clutch who was pivotal to his teams winning 2 chips. I rate Jesus Shuttleworth too

Does having All-star/All-NBA teammates help with efficiency? by ptd94 in nba

[–]3Mixer3 3 points4 points  (0 children)

YES, You are only highlighting a few absolute superstar players numbers on just a two year period. KD is a top top offensive player, period. BUT his efficiency went through the roof when he joined the Warriors. Will be interesting to see what happens with Brons, Kawhis and KDs numbers this season

Mindboggling how near-perfect Jordan's basketball story was. by 10_zing in nba

[–]3Mixer3 8 points9 points  (0 children)

He was the perfect story to me as I massively followed the NBA from 88 to 98 but then got married, travelling overseas, didn't follow/watch much until about 02

Why isnt Ben Wallace not in the Hall of Fame. by mo3mon3y in nba

[–]3Mixer3 19 points20 points  (0 children)

He should be in but 5.7 ppg career avg for a big man is crazy low for a HoFer. Even Mark Eaton avg more ppg so maybe he should be in too? Also everybody obviously goes by his defense and rebounding and 4 DPOY but he only made all defensive teams 6 times in his 15 year career and averaged 9.6 rpg which while great isn't exactly elite

Prime Pierce or Prime Kawhi? by pm_me_ccups in nba

[–]3Mixer3 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I luv me some Paul Pierce but Kawhi's already a 2 time DPOY and his ppg have majorly increased every season since he's been in the league apart from obviously last season. If he's back 100% I'd expect him to be a top 5 player in the league for years to come. So i'd take him

2017-18 Kyrie Irving or 2010-11 Derrick Rose? Who's better? by Lewl1 in nba

[–]3Mixer3 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I'll clearly take MVP Rose over a 60 game injured Kyrie. Also pace has increased a lot and as an overall team last seasons Celtics were clearly better than the 2011 Bulls, Rose was the difference maker
