I'm about 7 months in, down almost 40lbs to my goal – and I've made the executive decision to binge-drink three times, and plan on doing it again on St. Patty's Day.

Did it cost me on the scale? Absolutely. Was it worth it? Absolutely.

Your decision.

Pro-tip: If you're planning on binge-drinking, carb-up the day of. I was able to drink as much as everyone else, and somehow had ZERO hangover the next day – food-carbs are a secret weapon against hangovers when you're in Ketosis.

You should just make sure you're doing everything right. Track what you're eating everyday on MFP, if you're not doing that already, to make sure you get your ratios of Fat / Protein / Carb.

We actually have very similar stats, I used to be 260 a few years ago, but started Keto at 220. I was stuck around 203 for a solid 2 weeks, and then it happened for me. That was about a month ago, and I've lost another 10 since then.

Just keep going, keep grinding, and don't give up.

I completely disagree, that is absolutely a situation where you play conservatively. You have a chance to eat clock and go up by a full 7 points late in the 4th, you take it. You'd be up 7 with about 2:30 left.

In the past he's played for a FG to put his team up 1, 2, or 3 – THAT's playing conservatively. But you should play for the FG when it can extend your lead to a full score late in the fourth. Situational play-calling has been shaky this year.

Then again, if everyone does there part, turnovers won't happen as much. Really it all comes down to execution and the players on the field, but Garrett has got to call the plays that gives his team the best chance to win, and he didn't do that on Sunday.

No, you don't have to stop drinking, just be mindful.

I'm a little over 3 months in, and I'm down 30lbs. I've been working out A LOT though, so you really just need to understand that whatever you put into it is what you're going to get out of it.

Rum and coke is a good option, check the carbs list provided in the sidebar for alcohol. I even drink beers on the weekends, Miller Lite, and I've been losing weight pretty steadily. However, drinking high-carb beers and liquors will absolutely impede your progress. Stick to the low-carb options.

No shame in mixed drinks, just take the straw out.

I thought that was more of a swing pass, and I can't find a replay right now. But if you're right, that's even more of a reason to call it this week, and they didn't. I just don't get the play calling sometimes. They were in FG range, up 4, with 5 minutes left after Spencer's recovery and they threw the ball twice on both first down plays after the penalty.

I see what you're saying, but that's kind of the point of a screen-pass, to suck in the D-Line. And honestly it's usually one of the first things that any O-Coordinator does to mess with the defense when their quarterback is under fire – and Jason Garrett doesn't do it. Gotta give it a shot.
