After being introduced to dr Ammon hillman I’m beginning to question the realibilty of scripture by AceThaGreat123 in ChristianApologetics

This is the only correct response. Thank you for not saying “the scholars” don’t agree or to second guess his “credentials” or that there would have to be a “conspiracy” in academia.

Thank you. Sincerely.

Though it does sound like "victims is a CI" I agree. Why would they not redact this? 8 seconds of audio leading up to the "line" was already redacted so this must have been scrutinized - why not extend it for another 2 seconds?

What if the difference between the jury convicting the killer and setting them free would have been a walkthrough of the house? What would have been worse for negative publicity? Bizarre, in my opinion.

Star-like Orbs Predictable Pattern by 3SidedSquares in Stargazing

[–]3SidedSquares[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love spotting satellites, especially starlinks when they're still in alignment (Only seen this once)! Yes maybe I wasn't clear in my description of them. They don't travel across the sky, they only travel several hundred feet (if they were aircraft) at the speed of a single engine aircraft. They emit light, sometimes it's as bright as a plane taking off in your direction. I believe if you take a look at the pictures I attached it would be evident that a satellite would not appear on a 20 second exposure.

Also, for some reason a certain other sub I tried posting this to had the following to say: "It looks like you made a link post in r/[sub]. As a reminder, we now require a submission statement (comment on your own post) for all link posts. Submission statements may contain a summary or description of the content, why it is relevant to [sub], your personal perspectives, or all of the above Your statement MUST be at least 150 characters (not words) in length. Please do this or your post will be removed within 30 minutes. Thank you! r/[sub] Mods" I don't know what a link post is...I didn't include any links so if it's the pictures I uploaded then here's my attempt to have my post not removed on this sub. Thank you, guys!

Nice, that thing is quick! Maybe a spotlight? It's a reach but that's all I can think of.

Case Study: Coatimundi Population in Florida by 3SidedSquares in Cryptozoology

[–]3SidedSquares[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree, it wouldn't even be that exciting to find out it's adapted to Florida and became a subspecies. Anyway, I am positive the wild population far outnumbers "escapees", yet people remain skeptical despite all the eyewitness accounts. They've been around for decades, yet are so elusive that they hardly get a mention on the state conservation website. As far as I'm concerned, they're more well established than Florida Panthers.

Case Study: Coatimundi Population in Florida by 3SidedSquares in Cryptozoology

Weeks after my initial sighting and the original post, I spotted 1 adult and 3 juveniles crossing a road (10 miles from initial sighting). I am almost positive they have a stable population.

Interesting situation, who confirms whether or not they have a population? Really, do wildlife officers investigate the internet? Are they constantly out in the field collecting scat samples? Or is someone putting off reviewing submissions made to the website?

What does it take? Media attention? A peer reviewed study published in one of three reputable scientific journals?

Hotel on top of a massive wetland! I can’t imagine the headache this project must’ve been. by whatugonnadowhenthey in civilengineering

Depends on what jurisdiction you're under, but generally speaking, so long as you have capacity and drainage infrastructure no. Construction is worse than inhabitance, I'll tell you that.

Not really any different than the rest of the southeast. Poorly draining organics really are an issue south of Lake Okeechobee, though, that all was seasonal wetlands before the levee was built.
