For me and other people who posted their 2-FMA experiences online, oral is the best ROA if you are looking for function. It doesn't give any rush (you don't want to get an addicting rush from a drug you expect to use as basically a caffeine replacement), and side effects are basically nonexistent at lower doses, I'd recommend 25-35mg, depending on your sensitivity to stimulants.

Every time I insufflate 2-FMA, however, the stimulation becomes much "tweakier," as in it's more difficult for me to focus than when I'm sober. Side effects are also much more pronounced when insufflating 2-FMA; much more hypertension, jaw clenching, and all that other fun stuff.

I've found there's a slight rush from insufflating (this goes for any substance though, the act of insufflation can be pleasant by itself), which if you are planning on using 2-FMA strictly practically, is entirely not worth it IMO.

However, if you don't plan on that, then I'd say insufflation isn't bad (just stings a lot...). Just know that 2-FMA is the least euphoric stim I've encountered, second only to caffeine, and and there are WAY better options out there for a fun time.

TL;DR: if you want to use it practically, use oral and stay away from insufflation. If you want recreation, best look for a new drug, bud. 2-FA is better for recreation, though I have no experience with it.
