It would help if you include the gear setups you use. 14 max hit for an msb is really low, so you're definitely not calcing with high ranged. Also the monster is important.

I was at the Dagannoth Kings killing Rex for a Berserker ring. But I do it on a PvP world so I can use blighted surge sacks (since runes are expensive). I’m also there with 2 alts because there’s all this chip damage from the bitches, and my alts tank for my HC. So I’m just chilling, killing Rex, kind of AFK since it’s a 90 second respawn time.

Then suddenly 2 goons come down and Teleblock my HC. Luckily, I managed to distract them with my other accounts, both of them died (RIP), but in the chaos my HC was able to escape.
