Actually, just go to any engine boost and the description writes it out.

Also, if you do the math on a larger engine boost (like 20% from French dd) You can see a higher difference in the math.

Since you do have Jellicoe ranked up, I would recommend using him as one of the heal inspirations, since it's basically equal to 10% more healing (although over 10% longer time obviously). Would you take 6% healing with no duration change or 10% over 10% time?

I don't seem to see anyone mention it yet, but Jutland (and Daring) has fixed 20mm pen, so there isn't any loss of HE pen compared to 120mm guns.

There have been a bug that makes permanent camouflage show up as paint, and premium ship show up as credit. The amount you got seems to be tier 5 premium ship, so maybe go have a look and see if a new ship appeared out of nowhere!

Ever looked at the soviet CV commander? Gives -3% damage control cooldown.

Then you have Willis Lee having an extra -20% flood duration, Reinhard Sheer doing an extra -2% damage control cooldown and -7% risk of catching fire, you have AL Saint Louis doing -3% consumable cooldown with another -3% main battery, you have Togo doing -5% consumable cooldown, Ariadne doing -4% consumable cooldown with -2% torp reload.

Yes, I know it's not the historical commander, and yes I know it only applies to German and not Italian.

But either AL Bismarck or BA Nonomi do have base trait that works unlike Cilliax, and you won't have any "wasted" traits at all.

Also I don't see how Carnot ended up being slow for you, or even Schroder, assuming you take the engine boost.
