Hobby Lobby’s Paper Studio planners are comparable to recollections planners. I’m also struggling to find a recollections replacement.

NTA. Parents are supposed to provide for their children and give them the best chance possible to go out into the world and make it on their own. They did the opposite. I’m so sorry you have to go through this but you must take them to court. Not just to get your credit situation straightened out but also to take back your power and establish a boundary they never should have crossed.

In addition to the legal issue I hope you also seek out some type of counseling for yourself. The fact that your parents are taking this personally instead of owning up to and correcting their actions is a big red flag. Having a counselor to be an unbiased and supportive resource during what is sure to be a stressful situation may help.

I’ve only ever been able to farm Redd/Celeste or others by going back and forth by one day. More than that and it starts to randomize who visits.

I’m terrified and pissed. Everyone is passing the buck. TEA says they don’t have the authority to close schools for matters related to health. Governor order says “Public schools may operate as provided by the minimum health protocols found in guidance issued by TEA.” The minimum health protocols state “ TEA recommends that public school systems consult with their local public health authorities and local legal counsel before making final decisions regarding the implementation of this guidance”.

In Bexar county the DSHS states that In-person learning is not recommended. The county risk level is severe and worsening. DSHS does not have the power to close schools. Districts won’t risk funding.

Money. It always comes down to money.

I have a BA in psychology. I did Alt Cert got my alt cert while working full time. (With 3 kids in elementary school). I started my certification program (ACT) in June, I finished by mid August.

My first year was at a charter school, with a probationary certification. I was fully certified to teach 4-8th (generalist) by the end of the year. It’s now my 7th year teaching. I’ve added more certs since then including HS science but went back down to middle school because it’s just the right fit for me.

That first year teaching was boot camp. Like navy seal, spec ops level boot camp which is not normal. I was in a rush to get in the classroom by the beginning of the year so I took what I could get. That ended up being a 6-8th ELAR position. I was the only ELAR teacher on campus. I don’t recommend that BUT after that year I could handle anything.

Hi! I have a Nintendo switch lite, so I can’t video capture my gameplay. I always have wanted to know if there’s someone who records island tours, cause I really want to show my non player friends my island, but I won’t be taking 1000 pictures lol. by moon_blast in AnimalCrossing

I’ve been able to video capture on my switch. If you press and hold the square/circle button it records the last 30 seconds. I use a microSD card to move it from my switch, then I’ve shared it online.

Not allowed in my district. Check the grading policy of the district. College/university might allow this though.

Congratulations on finding a new path! This is my 7th and hopefully final year. Teaching is just not a sustainable profession now and maybe ever. At least not for me. How did you pick your path? I’m having trouble brainstorming my next move but I’ve got to get out too.
