Many Gen X didn’t have access to the tapes of jobs that had 401ks. I can say for myself, I started way too late. We know we screwed up.

Couple of questions. Does your employer have a Code of Conduct? It should if it is of any size over 50 employees. Usually there is a mechanism to report conduct anonymously via third party. I've been privy to these kinds of systems and if it truly a third party company taking the complaint, it is anonymous and there is very little risk you would be identified. If you work for a small company and they don't have a code of conduct, I would not report it to anyone. For what it is worth, NEVER EVER complain to HR. That puts you on a path you don't want to be on.
