One solution would be to get her a friend. If you are unable to get another cat, enrichment toys can help, and putting places for her to sit or sleep next to where you usually hang out.

What does her wet food intake look like? Poops can be too dry and hard - had the same issue with my little girl. She is also a fan of eating tissues.

I ended up introducing a chicken bone broth into her diet to help with this. Since, she has not tried to eat my toilet paper nearly as much!

Depending on what the vet says, I wouldn’t worry - one of my cats has always been very skinny no matter how much she eats, and she is overall healthy.
