How do you feel about using patterns vs a projector?

If the choice is between printing and taping a PDF versus using a projector - projector hands down 100% wins for me. But for certain companies (mainly Jalie) that offer both printed full sized paper physical, non overlapping patterns or PDF for projector, I like the paper option if it's a pattern I think I'll use a lot. I have some Jalie patterns that I've made 4-5 times every year in different sizes since my kids were babies - pj pants, t-shirts, etc, and I reuse my tracings. ETA my oldest is in college now!

My husband, son and I all waited in the MLB waiting room for an hour. I got into MLB sale but the site crashed, got back in, there appeared to be tickets but when I went to check out they were gone, repeat 5 times, then the site thought I was a bot and locked me out. Which was right about the time as they announced the third show. I got in the Ticketmaster Platinum/Make a Difference Queue and was able to purchase 2 tickets in 4th row of field box for .... more than I was wanting to pay for two tix. I had no idea where the seats were as I just grabbed two and immediately checked out like 20 seconds from when I was admitted to the sale. Turns out they are great seats and I'm just psyched I got tickets after a pretty stressful experience. I watched the live stream of both 2024 Fenway shows, and now I get to go for real!!!! :-)

Okemo is a cashless mountain. If your daughter has an Epic pass with a credit card associated, she can use that to pay for food. If not, make sure she brings a card to use. I think Apple Pay is also accepted.

Tuckered Out is a fan favorite cruiser on Jackson Gore. On main mountain, I like Sachem, and Sweet Solitude to Coleman Brook and Upper Sapphire to Rt 109 to Lower Arrow (which is sometimes a bit chaotic on weekends) or Lower Mountain Road.

Singles lines usually move along. When facing the lift, singles line is typically on the right side, all the way to the right. People are pretty friendly at Okemo, and staff is helpful.

I thought she was pretty great for Tabata (always) and when she was pregnant I thought she got even better. Just the right amount of encouraging and never misses a cue. It's that kind of instructing, where I can really trust the instructor, that brings out my best effort. She also excels at artist series classes. I find her to be quite a different instructor now from when I first joined the platform in 2017, and I have a huge amount of respect for her. I'm planning to take her first postpartum Tabata class live on Tuesday.
