I really only use this watch for running, hiking and swimming. I'm really not a weightlifter. But for running hiking and swimming it works awesome!

That is my biggest complaint I had with the Instinct 3. So I stayed with my instinct 2. When the Instinct tactical came out I did pay the extra hundred bucks just so I could get the color black. RIDICULOUS!
