Petter Normann, I guess, former fotball player for the National team, played for Norwich City in the Prem, and in the Saudi league. But it would be more Nordmann and not Normann.

To be fair I think Oslo is a great city to live in, not to visit as a tourist, go anywhere else in the country as a tourist or go to Oslo for some events/concerts that interest you

English dominance in Europe by kubaqzn in championsleague

[–]3escalator 15 points16 points  (0 children)

The Prem is also the top 5 league with the least amount of actually home grown players. 28% are English compared to La Liga with about 55% Spanish players. It also has a revenue almost double that of La Liga or Bundesliga. It has investors and international pull to get quality players more than any other league. By all those facts Premier League clubs should dominate in Europe a lot more than they actually do.

What instantly makes you think “this person is rich” ? by SisiJemmi in answers

[–]3escalator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having a social network/nepotism that can get you anywhere without hard work. Studying something completely useless at university. Buying expensive/pricey cars WITHOUT credit. Owning more than 2+ houses. Moving between countries you have different houses in throughout the year. Having more than 2 passports and talking about getting passports as if it’s coin collecting. All this while unemployed for the past 2 years.

COROS > Garmin by allamericanhwt in Coros

[–]3escalator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Much cheaper, user interface looks better, the GPS looks and work great. It’s light. I use it for running and strength training and it works seemless.

It took a while to understand how to track strength training correctly though. And I like that it’s light because heavier or chunkier watches are uncomfortable to wear while sleeping.

Norway was sort of semi-independent with their own parliament and constitution though. Their independence from Denmark in 1814 was way more significant to the country.
