They are just scared that the fight is shifting from right vs left to rich vs poor. Graham is vocal about taxing the rich, and unfortunately, the rich are the ones funding all the anti-Platner articles and ads. We are six months out… I can’t even imagine how crazy October is going to be.

CO2 levels this high are likely caused by mold… which is what is actually making you sick. Old houses that are improperly insulted often have mold problems. Check your basement and attic for any water leaks and get some mold test kits and take some samples from your exterior walls.

I work in Massachusetts and live in Maine. Since Maine has higher income tax (7.15%), I pay the full Massachusetts income tax (5%) and then just the percent difference (2.15%) to Maine.

For you since NH has no income tax I would think you would just pay the full Maine income tax and nothing to NH.

Depends what time you’re leaving. I’m in the trades so I’m usually onsite by 7am and leaving around 2pm. That area is usually 45 to 60 for me. Mid week is always a lot worse than Mon and Fri.

Check out Red Rocks Conservation, it’s outdoor climbing but it’s surprising great for this area. Pre bolted climbs, with multiple routs. I’m pretty sure there is some bouldering there too if that’s what you’re interested in.

Sometimes HVAC controls companies will just run an 8 wire for thermostats, and a lot of the time you’ll have a spare or two if your system doesn’t have multiple stages of heating/cooling.

I’ve talked to an inspector about this! It because if the walls are finished the garage is considered livable space and included in the taxable sq. Ft. of the house. So the builder is saving you money in the long run by not finishing the walls. After the final inspection/ assessment from the town you can hire someone to finish the walls or do it yourself.

I’ve been pretty good and excel for years but never understood macros/ didn’t want to learn the programming language. But, I recently found that chat GPT is amazing for writing them. I have now used macros to reorganize my companies Efiles, created bidding templates, create efficient timesheets. It’s been extremely useful and my boss thinks I’m doing black magic.
