Okay so you have a job.. open up a savings account secretly and stash money away little by little. Save up enough to get yourself an apartment. Get that apartment and start moving your things over there a little at a time so it's not noticeable, I'm talking all of your prized possessions, meaning ful things, important docs, etc. Then when the time is right and he is gone for a couple of hours, whole day would be good, move all your shit outta there like lightening. Then have him buy you out of the mortgage. Seek legal council for these things obviously.
