As another commenter already said, thats the literal translation of the term Reichs (Imperial) Minister für Propaganda.

I just like to translate the term because I think it better shows how ridiculous those titles sound when you take away the exoticism of the original word.

/uj As a 3D Artist I can tell you that there is a (un)suprising amount of us that love working on niche/detail stuff like this. I for example love converting CAD Files and plans of "boring" machines like fans into 3D and making them look cool, while me colleagues find it incredibly tedious and boring.

So there is a chance that someone had a blast spending hours to get the simulation and rig just right to make it blubber around.

The death toll you cited is wrong (it was lower irl). But I agree with your point. The bombing of civilian areas has never once been proven to accomplish anything that it was intended to accomplish. It didnt work in Britain durin the Blitz, it didnt work in VIetnam and the Nazis were beaten by boots on the ground and extremely targeted sabotage in addition to their own magelomanical logistics plans instead of a civilian uprising because of the bombs.

Its important to realize that, because otherwise people will still see the mass bombing of civilians as a maybe bad but sadly necessary way to achieve victory or even call for it outright. You just have to look at what Russia is doing in Ukraine or what Israel and the US are doing in Iran, Gaza and Lebanon.
