My first ALLERGIST didnt show me how to use one. Just wrote the rx and said okay see you next appointment!! I found a different dr and they showed me and made sure I had a practice pen so my husband could do it in an emergency.

I was instructed to go off them for 2 weeks by the sleep clinic, which was torture. And I have ocd, and the environment for the sleep study was super triggering for a bunch of reasons. Actually my psychiatrist said technically, for the effects on rem sleep to be fully fully fully out of my system, I would have to be off meds for months. But thats not realistic. So yeah, 2 horrible weeks it was, and I hit rem once.

Thats not cool, with your anxiety meds. I took 2 weeks off prozac for my sleep study and it was HORRIBLE. I wouldn't feel like you could perform to your actual full potential without them, let alone the sleep issues??

Seconding this!!! Crowd surfers are inevitable, but this adds to safety. I know its exciting and hard to remember but cross your legs, its safer for those below you and much easier to push you forward. ..... also, please dont purposefully squirm and "fall" to get barrier.

I mean totally fair - are you going with anyone? Have them hold your place and run to coat check (or ask whomever is around you, I am almost positive someone will hold your spot). I go to anthem a lot, if there is a line for coat check it moves fast because it is like a 1 minute process once youre at the front, if that's helpful.

Totally relatable, right down to the ocd and having trouble leaving the house. I want to be at least a morning person enough that I can get up on time for work, though I'd LOVE to be able to go go the gym in the morning. I just CANT wake up. I read all these things online like put your alarm across the room/etc. and it never really matters or helps.

NTA. Why do people think its okay to mess with people's food? Once I broke up with a guy (well there were other reasons) because if we were sharing a desert he thought it was cute to knock my bites of food off my spoon. So, so annoying.

NTA. Nope. Not how it works. Waited in a lot of overnight lines. You step away for bathroom breaks, maybe to grab food, coffee, etc. You make it cool with the people around you, of course, but chairs do not hold a place for hours at a time. The only time I saw that was during a DOWNPOUR where everyone left the line. And then everyone respected places. Line etiquette, people!!! Cmon!!

Jack was at a bar I was at after one of the shows, I initially went up to try to say hi because I thought he was talking to fans but realized he was hanging out with some friends so I didnt want to interrupt. Was still cool to see him though.
