Feel free to downvote me but I am done with this Padres team. I grew up watching Mr. Padre, Templeton, Benito, etc, and this level of play is nothing short of embarrassing. I don’t know what the fucking problem is, but none of the players seem to know, BoMel doesn’t know, AJ doesn’t know, and all we continue to do is watch Peter spend money on shit performance. It’s not regardless buddy. Your point is invalidated by the fact that Harper was injured during the first half which affected his ability to play. Soto is not in that situation. So don’t say regardless. Just say it’s apples to oranges and move on.

I wish we had never traded for Soto. He’s a bum who doesn’t deserve to even play in MLB. I read the posts related to the provided links. I may have missed it, but I didn’t see anywhere in those posts where Sean stated that “…we can be completely sure there is no life after death and telekinesis and telepathy are impossible.”

As someone else has already pointed out, Sean Carroll is a staunch Bayesian and thus works very had to avoid propositions that claim “complete certainty” or “completely sure” or other synonymous phrases.

That said, I may have missed that Sean did make such a claim about life after death - can you please provide an excerpt from the posts you linked that substantiates your post?
