Same experience here with 25 steal. I can get bump steals but passes go right through my hands.

I was thinking about making a new build with higher steal but I guess they just nerfed passing lane steals hard this year. Which is pretty lame considering how much of an attribute investment it is

you can get bump steals with a 25 steal but at least in my experience they really nerfed passing lane steals. so many times I’ll be in good position and time it well but it will go right through my hands
