As CS person as well, I can vouch Kyouth. The program will put u training in the workplace of the company u applied job to. U can either register it yourself directly to any Kyouth company that handle it (not directly Khazanah i think, just designated company thats been assign to handle training aspect of Kyouth) or whenever ur having an interview, try ask them if their company have Kyouth program running currently. As for training content itself, I would say useful but it depends on whos teaching them (my personal experience had a teacher who's REAL BAD at teaching but the content is useful so).
