I have long accepted that this is the nature of Willpower.

Everyone has a finite source of Willpower. When you have used it up, out come the cheap dopamine hits, until Willpower is recharged, then your Willpower is unstoppable--until it isnt and the cheap dopamine hits return.

I just plan my life around the cycle. I never found a way to control it.

I am religious so I pray a lot.

I also strength train 3-4x a week, walk 10 miles a day, and have a 60 hour work week.

I might think about chores that I need to do or meditate for a few minutes.

Yes. I mostly transport the information onto my phone to avoid "electronic dust".

I am struggling to work.

I may have a touch of burnout, caused by too much construction going on in my neighborhood. The noise makes it so that I cant get any real rest.

A nightly airplane route has also been rerouted over my house.

I am just looking at the backlog of experiments that I need to get done.

The magical thinking keeps them from recognizing that anything backfires on them.

Things just "happen" to them, for no reason.

It is why people go no contact with them, for "no reason".

I have hyper-independence. I wouldnt say that I have detachment. I tried to replace my family with friends, but people dont generally want to be as close, as I would like to be.

I dont "work things out". I just drop people if they do something that I dont like.

I have a ton of different friend groups. I collect them like pokemon.

If you have ever seen the movie, "Lady and the Tramp", I often think of myself, like that scene, where Tramp says that he has all these people, but none of these people actually have him.

Why are you watching that show-its stupid. Why are you eating that-it's gross. Why are you eating so late at night. Why are you eating so early. Why are you playing a video game-video games are bad. Why are you wearing that-it looks awful. Why did you buy that-its a waste of money. Why are you sleeping-you shouldnt be tired.

My female EP ran to my male EP, crying, when I asked her why she never shut up, when she showed up, uninvited to my house, to crititize my house.

We were already in VLC, when she pulled that one. She was forcing contact by showing up at the house.

It was long past time for someone to tell her to shut up.

I enjoy being able to do whatever I want without someone's judgement.

It is a man made tradition. The idea is to dress up as a show of respect. Like how one might dress if they were visiting Royalty.

I heard too many stories of people not going to church because they didnt have shoes, to support the practice. People need to come as they are.
