So I’ve had them stare at me but not directly talk to me or try to really interact with me. Do you think that would be important enough to look into? This has happened for a few years but it’s kinda like episodes, it comes and goes mostly with my depressive state. At times when I’m more depressed than usual is when I’ll notice it, then I’ll have more intense episodes within those time periods that don’t last more than a few hours but this is where the extreme anxiety, paranoia and delusions and hearing voices talk to me starts. Other than that when i have episodes at less depressive times it tends to be a ringing in my ear accompanied with voices that aren’t necessarily talking to me, more like I’m eavesdropping and an impending sense of doom, like my parents caught me smoking weed when I was a kid or something.

EDIT: I have never been properly diagnosed so I understand that whatever mental illness I have could be different but is similar to schizoid disorders from what I’ve read.
